Design-Build

From the start, Keough Electric has been in the design-build business. We will work with your staff to assess your project's requirements, and develop preliminary designs and budgets. As the design-build process moves forward, sealed construction documents and firm pricing will be provided.

We can also provide a team to cover all aspects of a project, including architectural design, general construction, mechanical and plumbing design and construction.

CAD Drawings – From concept design to final design and implementation
Professional Engineer (PE) on Staff – Required when drawings are to be sealed for permitting
